Outline Home Services ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website outlinehomeservices.com. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
When you contact us or book a service, we receive the details you choose to share. On our quote page, you can send your name, phone number, optional email and postal code, the service you want, and any project details you choose to include. You can consent to us calling or texting about that request. On the referral page, you can send us your name and phone number, the name and phone number of someone who agreed to be referred, and an optional Instagram username. You can also register for the referral program with your name, phone number and optional email. Registration does not require an account or password.
Photos added to the Light Lab stay in your browser. A saved screenshot remains on your device unless you choose to send it to us. The site uses Meta Pixel to measure page visits for advertising.
We use your details to respond to inquiries, discuss services and pricing, and manage bookings. Referral details are used to contact the person referred, identify the referrer, confirm that the referred job is completed and paid, and arrange the reward. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the quote and referral forms from spam. Meta Pixel may process website usage information under Meta’s own privacy policy.
Our website uses the Meta Pixel to track page visits for advertising purposes. This helps us understand how our Facebook ads perform. Meta may use this data in accordance with their own Privacy Policy.
Customer, job, referral and payment information is stored in our private CRM. Referral and payout records are available to our team; we do not publish referrer details on the website.
You may request that we delete any personal information you submitted by emailing us. We will respond as soon as we can.
The referral page does not require a sign-in cookie. Meta Pixel may set cookies on the main website. You can opt out of Facebook ad tracking at facebook.com/settings.
